Pricing is customised to your business and discussed during your consultation. We do not advertise a fixed price because the scope varies depending on what you need built. The application process helps us understand your situation so we can come back with something tailored, not a generic package.
HOW LONG DOES THE BUILD TAKE?
6 weeks from project start to launch. How fast we move through each phase depends partly on how quickly you can review and approve at each stage. We give you a clear project timeline at the start so you know exactly what is happening and when.
WHAT PLATFORM DO YOU BUILD ON?
We build inside VBH (Ventured Business Hub), which is our own platform. We can also work inside Tekmatix, Ivorey, or other similar platforms if you are already set up there. We will let you know at the consultation stage what we recommend based on your situation.
CAN YOU MIGRATE MY EXISTING CONTACTS AND DATA?
Yes. We handle data migration as part of the build process. If you are on another CRM or tool stack, we bring what is useful across and set it up properly. We do a clean migration, not a messy copy-paste.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 30 DAYS OF POST-LAUNCH SUPPORT?
Many of our clients move onto an ongoing support retainer once the build is live. This covers continued optimisation, new automations, and tech management as your business grows. It is entirely optional - you own the system regardless of whether you continue with us.
